How did you get a hold of the idea for this product?
When Chris Haughey started Tegu, they asked this question: Could we create a for-profit company based in Honduras that would foster a positive social have an effect on through its business? And that’s just what we’re doing. We established our fully independent toy factory outside Tegucigalpa to make a commentary: we’re in Honduras by choice and we’re here to stay.
What makes your product special?
We don’t see a difference between learning and playing. Actually, we imagine that when a child plays their minds are opened to learn in new and exciting ways. So exciting, they don’t even know they are doing it!
What has been the best part of your experience?
We imagine that every child possesses the ability to build, create, and believe. Tegu blocks are a canvas for their imagination. No instruction manuals or electronics, just toys that inspire limitless creativity across all ages.
