How to use:

Step 1: Pour a packet of nasal wash

Step 2: Pour 300ml of warm water at 37°C, stir the nasal wash thoroughly until it dissolves completely

Step 3: Keep your mouth open and don’t hold your breath. Turn the nasal wash bottle upside down and gently insert the nozzle into one nostril. Press the button on the valve to start the float of the solution. Release the button to stop the solution float.

Step 4: Repeat Step 3 for the other nostril.
